For example Leicester Square Station had one and so did Piccadilly Circus and another very very close - adjacent to Green Park Station. The small one immediately outside Clapham Common Underground Station got closed about a year ago and an even biggger one under that Station cot done for about 15 years ago. An elderly Stockwell area lady admitted to me about a year ago that she has to wet herself walking home from the Tube and suffer all the obvious distress. Its endless - in the immediately central Stockwell area there are NO FACILITIES AT ALL. But 1000'S OF daily commuters.
