FOR THE RED BARONESS IMOGEN WALKER OF LARKHALL WALLED-IN COMMUNITY A CELEBRATORY NATIONAL POETRY DAY HAROLD PINTER ODE AND NOT A SINGLE F WORD.

THE BARONESS TEE'S OFF!
--------------
RED! RED! RED!
in Blairite tooth and claw
who on God's earth
could possibly ask for more.
----------------------
With dirty hands
and a brave heart
to make amends
she faces the lens
----------------
"there you are"
Oh My God
let the cry go forth
"PEDESTALS FOR PENSIONERS"
---------------------
bellowing beseeching screaming
she collapses spent utterly exhausted.
From Leningrad to Larkhall
Walled-In Community
BLOOD RED SOCIALISM!
REVOLUTION!

------------------------

HAROLD PINTER.
Stockwell Ward.
National Poetry Day.
7 October 2010.

This is a very apt poem. Stockwell's Labour Councillors are truly full on for the Revolution. You are advised to stand well back streams of urine are their thing.
