LABOUR'S VISION FOR STOCKWELL @ CHRISTMAS
In 2008 - if we're lucky it'll be "pissoirs" for the boyo's and "handbags" for the "Ladies". More like "if we're less than half way lucky". Lambeth Council are an utter shambles.
