The move will take place at very low tide with MI5 sniper security in place on top of a nearby building. The Embassy itself will fittingly re-locate to the Vauxhall Cross Extremely Open Plan Urinal. The Leader (so called) of Lambeth Council (also so called) Steve "Pissoir" Peed will perform the re-opening ceremony.
