How lovely to learn from LAMBETH COUNCIL's propaganda rag (September 1 edition) that because LAMBETH COUNCIL won't provide adequate public toilet facilities that when it does provide very very short term night time only pop-up pissoirs ("for the boys" only of course) that it excuses itself for thus minimising even that provision by alluding to it as "street clutter" when the facility is not being made avaialble. What it amounts to in reality is that when the "pissoirs" are down there is NO TOILET PROVISION. Brilliant crass low life LAMBETH LIFE journalism eh?? Take a very low bow editor Ella Cop-Out.

Not that low life tactics are a new LAMBETH COUNCIL phenomina (>>>>see<<<<). In a month or so according to a 15 August South London Press report LAMBETH have stated that they will be able to progress the COMMUNITY TOILET SCHEME. Don't hold your breath. We shall see.

The South London Press tellingly cited Pamela Holmes of Age Concern thus: "Toilet humour might be funny - but not being able to go out due to lack of public toilets is a daily reality for more than half of older people".
