MAY DAY! risen from the dead local "Stockwell Ward" Newt Labour Councillor PAV AKHTAR is on the STUDLEY ESTATE knocker. Addressing me by my name he well knew its was my pad he'd chosen. Please please VOTE for KEN ... Plea's plea's plea's VOTE for KEN ... oh plea's plea's VOTE for KEN. Up he comes to KILROY's pad with his clipbpoard. I'm wondering where are "Missing Persons Alert" BOWYER and professional actress Councillor Imogen WALKER of local Labour gossip soft porn (Linda Lovelace) fame?? S'pose re BOWYER that as usual MIDDLESBORO ARE STILL PLAYING AWAY.
MAY DAY! MAY DAY! I eventually intrude upon AKHTAR's distraught exhortations. So when are we gonna get a local public karsey? AKHTAR doesn't cotton on - "Karsey? What's a KARSEY?" I explain its a toilet. He goes into the proposed Lambeth COMMUNITY TOILET SCHEME rap. I tell him I know what's supposed to have been decided on paper in January and he agrees that PISSOIRS are no good for the LADIES - ah ha first time so far I have had any comment such as that from a local Councillor. He'll lose his no claims bonus for that.
We get these Council decisions but we never get any feed back - of course with LAMBETH LIFE the fortnighty local Council FLAT EARTH NEWSHEET mum's still the word. Anyway KEN's mate PAV lets on that one local STOCKWELL outfit THE SWAN PUB is in negotiation to operate the Community Toilet Scheme and that so too is the nearby bar housed in what used to be the RITZ CINEMA. So a morsel of feedback has been chanced upon.
