The CPS decision not to prosecute police who executed JEAN CHARLES DE MENEZES is legal bullshit from those in power so as to protect the status quo. ROSE DAVIS the London East End wife who with others in the mid 70's campaigned succesfully to get her (then) husband GEORGE freed from a 20 years prison sentence has just been buried. Her husband still had almost 15 years still to serve in May 1976 after having had his December 1975 Appeal refused. Five months later he was suddenly released by Royal Prerogative, officially informed by the Prison Governor that his conviction was unsafe and advised that he was still NOT innocent, and the House of Commons was similarly advised by the Home Secretary - the point is that those running things laughably make it up as they go along. Not officially innocent though freed from an original 20 year unsafe police fit-up. Clever clever CPS points about legal niceties are a total bullshit bore. Certain media are exploiting ROSE DAVIS' death to barrack GEORGE DAVIS - it is a pity they don't focus some very pointed attention on the bullshit tactics adopted by the 1970's establishment to save its bacon and release DAVIS on a phoney basis of its own making. Period!
