JOANNA YEATES SURPRISE - SUN NEWSPAPER FACES FINES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION.

MIKE HARDING THREATENED BY BEDFORD COUNCIL
WITH ONE THOUSAND POUND FINE
FOR POSTING SIGNS TO TRY AND LOCATE HIS CAT.
SUN NEWSPAPER ENCOURAGING BRISTOL POSTERS PRODUCTION.

SUN NEWSPAPER POSTER FLYPOSTED IN BRISTOL.

For MIKE HARDING's story click HERE - he had to dash around on Christmas Eve to remove his "lost cat" posters which BEDFORD COUNCIL asserted were illegal and would encourage pollution and "urban decay".

It might have been expected that given the wide publicity that so recently resulted from Mike Harding's plight that a National Newspaper (so-called) like THE SUN would have been street wise enough - click HERE - not to provoke "urban decay" by postering up Bristol - although it has been claimed HERE by ROY GREENSLADE of THE GUARDIAN that this SUN gesture is simply a ploy to increase the newspaper's circulation especially after it had run such unscrupulous features about a Joanna Yeats Case arrest made over the Christmas New Year period. Lets see if Bristol's local authorities are as up to the mark on environmental pollution and "urban decay" as those in Bedford.
Dont hold your breath.

Eat good carbs: whole grains, fruits, vegetables

Why? Not all carbohydrates are created equal. Whole grains, fruits, and veggies supply us with prolonged energy, fiber, and multiple nutrients that our bodies need for optimal health. Good quality carbohydrates can also trigger serotonin synthesis. Recognized as the “happy hormone,” serotonin is an important neurotransmitter that affects our mood and sleep. The next time you feel blue, instead of reaching for that bag of chips or sugary cookies, opt for unrefined, unprocessed carbohydrates that will provide you with sustained energy and an improved mood. Toss that muffin and enjoy a whole grain cracker with a tablespoon of natural nut butter for a delicious and uplifting snack!
