FLAMING TOILET. COULD IT BE STOCKWELL?
The answer is NO. No FLAMING or indeed any PUBLIC TOILETS in STOCKWELL. The only thing that grot LAMBETH COUNCIL are interested in are back pedal brakes and staying as mum as possible about the problem. See previous posts - especially those about "LAMBETH Life" (the boringly blatant Lambeth Council monthly propaganda rag). In the case of Public Toilets "propaganda" by omission.
