SAINSBURY'S NINE ELMS - "CUSTOMER SERVICES DOWN THE PAN!"

ON YOUR LEFT THE GENTS WC TOILET. ON YOUR RIGHT THE SEPARATE DEDICATED DISABLED TOILET UNIT. BOTH HAVE NOW BEEN OUT OF FUNCTION FOR 6 DAYS.

You might think that a business organisation as extensive as SAINBURY'S would have the necessary resources and organisational acumen to get its in-house much needed public toilet facilities pretty quickly repaired and especially so in the case of a dedicated DISABLED TOILET facility.

Clearly SAINSBURY's is NOT up to that task.

This BLOG has had occasion to highlight SAINSBURY'S NINE ELMS shortcomings on a number of previous occasions - see here - and here - and here. It is a substantial supermarket complex and it is important that its operations are kept up to scratch. It needs to do better.
