What an absolute tonic. Here in London how the sun came out today and for certain sure in more ways than one.  Walking back to Stockwell from central London how the sun shone all along the riverside and on the occasional mud flats the wildlife bathed both in the water and the sunshine. What an absolute tonic after the cold grot weather up until now. And then to top the tonic off - and how - the above incredibly heartening TIMES report about the exceptionally brave and accomplished
