LOU, LOO or LOUISE? WHATEVER, A TRULY RARE LOO OCCASION.

Damned good job the lady in question hadn't got "caught short" in CENTRAL  STOCKWELL where there have now been no public toilets since their disgraceful needless demolition around 30 years ago.  And even worse since then LAMBETH COUNCIL has done nothing whatsoever to date to restore any facility.  The LIB DEMS have proved as numbskull as LABOUR IN-CONTINUUM.

Anyway really really nice to read that the child and mother survived their ordeal.  The DAILY MAIL has
a far more detailed feature about the CHELTENHAM LOO birth HERE.  Kindest regards to both.

If you Google the web news stream for PUBLIC TOILETS on any day of the year you will easily see just how widespread the problem of PUBLIC TOILET provision has now become countrywide. Our LAMBETH lot are useless despite the publication back in 2006 of a detailed researched report here
"AN URGENT NEED" by CITY HALL and calling for Government legislation and local authority action. No legislation has even began to be drawn up.

SHAME ON THE LOT OF THEM AND MEANWHILE WE ALL SUFFER.
